RESEPI ROTI YOGURT

Roti Yogurt by AnnaQawina

Bahan :

• 250g tepung roti
• 100g plain yogurt
• 60g susu segar *Ana guna susu tepung coklat bancuh air suam
• 25g telur * 1/2 biji telur
• 20g gula * saya letak 30gram
• 3g garam *Ana letak 1/2 sdt
• 30g marjerin
• 2.5g dry yeast * saya letak 3 gram (lebih kurang 1 1/2 sudu kecil)

     

Cara membuatnya :

1. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam home bakery. On kan. Biar sampai masak.
2. Ana masukkan semuanya dalam BM & pilih menu SWEET serta Colour Light. Tekan Start.
3. Selepas 20 minit pertama, BM akan berbunyi, bolehlah tambah kismis & choc.chips & teruskan proses hingga siap. 
4. Dah masak, segera keluarkan dari dulang roti ke atas pinggan/wire rack, sejukkan. *agak susah nak keluarkan, jadi sambil telangkupkan roti tu, pusing2 sikit bahagian bawah dulang roti tu.Sejukkan & bolehlah makan..
5. Nak tegok versi comel2 boleh ke blog Izah & Mas..

Jika membakar dlm loaf, disyorkan bakar pada suhu 160 C selama 30 minit atau perang.

Sandwich Sardin

Hi there,

this is our simple dinner for tonight. Last night I made Naan and Sardin Masala but have some difficulties to upload a picture. The Naan was good eating with the Sardin Masala. There was some leftovers of the masala so I preheat them, mashed all the sardin then make into some simple tasty sandwiches.

And I'm a bit lazy to write the recipe because it's so easy.

Sandwich for dinner

There's no need for a recipe because to make this sandwiches you only need coleslaw, salad leaves, fried chicken fritters and a little bit of pepper.

All these are for my dear husband. Our dinner is so simple.

Toast With Jam Spread

You just need a toaster to make this.
