Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis + Keropok


This is my quick-to-cook and good-to-eat dinner for tonight.

It is called Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis because I've put lots of anchovies in the fired rice and also an instant anchovies powder (Seri Aji) taht can be found easily at the local sundry shop.

To make the fried rice is very easy.

You need whatever vegetable that you like in about 1 plate. Cut as you like.

A handful of anchovies, washed. Some chicken meat, diced and an egg.

Also a packet of Seri Aji's anchovies powder.

250gm rice.

Whay you need to do is, boil some cooking oil then add in the washed anchovies and the diced chicken meat. Stir until the anchovies looks crunchy and the meat is half cooked. Then add in the vegetables. Stir again until the vege looks a bit wilted, you add in the rice and lastly the anchovies powder. If you like it hot and a bit salty, just add some sliced chillies and a pinch of salt. Stir another few minutes and it's ready to serve.

Chicken Chop Black Pepper


This is our quick dinner for tonight.
It's so easy and fast to prepare because I use instant ingredients.
Bought two packets of ready-made chicken chop. Just need to fry it in about 5 min.
I also bought a bottle of Nona's black pepper sauce.
What I did was, made a regular bowl of coleslaw, that's easy peasy, lol.
After I finished the coleslaw, put it in the freezer for a while and I fry the chicken.
When the chicken is cooked I tossed in some fries in the pan.
After that serve it just like in the picture.
Alhamdulillah.

It's delicious!

Pucuk Paku Sos Tiram


Bahan-bahan:

seikat pucuk paku
1 ulas bawang merah diketuk
2 ulas bawang putih diketuk
1/2 batang karot
5 ekor udang - dipotong kecil
1 biji cili merah dihiris nipis
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar kicap manis

Cara-cara:

Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang hingga naik bau.
Masukkan pucuk paku, karot, udang dan cili.
Gaul rata hingga sayur agak layu.
Masukkan sos tiram dan kicap.
Gaul rata sebentar dan boleh diangkat.

Senang dan cepat. Alhamdulillah.

Pucuk Paku Goreng


Malam ni kakchik cuba resepi dari sini: Senarai Resepi | Posted by Pn. Azizah Radzuan, Ampang, Selangor.

BAHAN-BAHANNYA:

2 ikat pucuk paku
3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 biji cili merah
1 biji telur
Sedikit sos tiram
Sedikit kicap manis

CARA MEMBUATNYA:

1. Tumiskan bawang merah dan putih hingga garing.
2. Pecahkan telur. Kacau. masukkan pucuk paku. Kacau rata.
3. Masukkan sos tiram dan kicap manis untuk menyedapkan rasa.

Sandwich Sardin


Hi there,

this is our simple dinner for tonight. Last night I made Naan and Sardin Masala but have some difficulties to upload a picture. The Naan was good eating with the Sardin Masala. There was some leftovers of the masala so I preheat them, mashed all the sardin then make into some simple tasty sandwiches.

And I'm a bit lazy to write the recipe because it's so easy.

Bihun Goreng Mudah


Bahan-bahan:

1/2 bungkus bihun - direndam 15 min
2 batang sawi
1/2 batang karot - diracik halus
sedikit kobis dan bunga kobis
2 biji telur
2 ulas bawang merah - ditumbuk
1 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk
1/2 inci halia - ditumbuk

Cara-cara:
1. Tumiskan bahan yang ditumbuk atas api sederhana.
2. Bila naik bau masukkan sayur-sayuran.
3. Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan sedikit serbuk lada hitam.
4. Bila sayur agak layu, masukkan bihun dan kacau rata.
5. Bila air agak kering, pecahkan telur di bahagian tepi kuali. Tunggu hingga agak masak dan kacau-kacau biar hancur.
6. Kacau sebati semua bahan kemudian masukkan 2 sudu besar sos cili, 1 sudu besar sos tomato dan 1 sudu besar kicap soya.
7. Kacau hingga rata dan bihun kembang dan lembut.
8. Bolehlah diangkat dan dihidang.
9. Untuk lebih menarik, hiaskan dengan bawang goreng, sehiris limau nipis, hirisan daun bawang dan cili merah.
