Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis + Keropok

This is my quick-to-cook and good-to-eat dinner for tonight.

It is called Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis because I've put lots of anchovies in the fired rice and also an instant anchovies powder (Seri Aji) taht can be found easily at the local sundry shop.

To make the fried rice is very easy.

You need whatever vegetable that you like in about 1 plate. Cut as you like.

A handful of anchovies, washed. Some chicken meat, diced and an egg.

Also a packet of Seri Aji's anchovies powder.

250gm rice.

Whay you need to do is, boil some cooking oil then add in the washed anchovies and the diced chicken meat. Stir until the anchovies looks crunchy and the meat is half cooked. Then add in the vegetables. Stir again until the vege looks a bit wilted, you add in the rice and lastly the anchovies powder. If you like it hot and a bit salty, just add some sliced chillies and a pinch of salt. Stir another few minutes and it's ready to serve.
